This is actually a few steps:

  • Create a "Working with Plugins" page that describes how to create and share plugins
  • Add a link to "Working with Plugins" from the Developer Guide page
  • Update the "Configuring ESLint" page to include information about plugins
  • Update the "Command Line Interface" page to show the new --plugin option.
