ExportDeclarationnode when determining if there are enough specifiers to require line breaks. However, ImportDefaultSpecifier and ImportNamespaceSpecifier nodes are not actually part of the "object" (i.e., nodes surrounded by curly brace tokens), so they should be ignored by this rule.
