This PR now uses libwpa_supplicant.a compiled with -Os
It is not much smaller but together with Rust compiler optimizations this will squeeze out a few kb

As usual just a functionality check is needed here - there are even no real code changes in Rust code

Seems to be working okay on my end! One thing I did notice is that the S2 seems to be noticeably slower than the other chips, however I don't recall if it was like this before or not.
