Customised Shibboleth Embedded Discovery Service (EDS)

This is used in the Plone module collective.shibboleth and adds integration improvements, customisations and bug fixes not present in the upstream version at https://git.shibboleth.net/git/js-embedded-discovery.

Only report issues here if they specifically relate to the customisations here. For any standard EDS issues, report them at https://issues.shibboleth.net.
