SerialEvent1() and SerialEvent2() are broken, here is a fix #3733

Serial events weren't working entirely due to a parent board only having a single uart. Now it works as expected

I found that the additional SerialEvent definitions never got called and found other boards overrode the call with a couple of lines, after adding this, they are now fired as expected.
