- Updates Dockerfile to include new files and remove old OSTI jars - Improves admin login handling in `docker-entrypoint.sh` - Adds `osti-elink-2.0.0.jar` and `eml2osti.xsl` files - Remove `osti-elink-1.0.0.jar` Closes #40
