My log is indeed the same as in #3 but I do not use Let's Encrypted certificate but a purchased certificate from RapidSSL.

Unfortunately I can't control Android certificates from the app. If your certificate is not trusted, then it simply not installed in Android system. It is not trusted not by app, but by your mobile device. And looks like you are not alone in your problem

At the moment I use this app(Github page) on my android phone and that works perfect. So I do not understand why it should not work with your app ....

Because Java library used for Web Socket in that app allow to skip problematic certificate verification. Built in Flutter Web Socket, that is actually Dart Web Socket implementation, unfortunately don't allow to skip unverified certificates. I think it will be fixed in future. Flutter is still in beta.
