[BUG]: issue with encoding `<` and `>` in the markdown

**Describe the bug**

Since today it seems there is an issue when updating the `page-creation.md` sample.

**Expected behavior**

The page should be able to update successfully, but once updated, there is no content on the page. This seems to be related to the `<title>` in the markdown.
