Enhancement: Add a command to refresh the settings #655
Description
When using frontmatter.json or the config folder to define your settings for FM, it will automatically update the configuration.
When using the frontMatter.extends setting, you will need to manually reload the settings. The reasoning is that it can be a remote URL or a reference to a file.
To make it easier, it would be helpful to add a new refresh settings command to trigger this manual update.
