Enhancement: Create new components to replace the components from VS Code UI Toolkit #837
Description
As the VS Code UI Toolkit is deprecated (microsoft/vscode-webview-ui-toolkit#561) we need to create the following components:
- Dropdown
- Dropdown option
- Button
- Divider
- Checkbox
- Panel
- Panel view
- Panel tab
