scatter: Plot multiple segment sets #353

The scatter command accepts one optional .cns file to display in a scatter plot as (by default) orange horizontal line segments.


  • Allow specifying -s more than once in the argument parser.
  • In the API, accept the segments argument as a list (or iterable) of CopyNumArrays, in addition to just a plain CopyNumArray.
  • When given an iterable of CopyNumArrays as segments, plot them all, each in a different color.
  • Let matplotlib figure out a reasonable color map, by default -- and/or, accept multiple --segment-color options as well, requiring that there be the same number of those as -s inputs.
