Really excited to have Python 3 support @jhcepas! I noticed a couple of missing dependencies following the install instructions on the website. Are there more updated install instructions that I'm not seeing?

I installed on OS X as follows:

conda create -n ete3 python=3.5 pip numpy pyqt lxml gcc
source activate ete3
pip install ete3

Then, I conda install ipython. When I then try to import ete3 in ipython I get errors that six and scipy aren't installed. After conda installing those, I can import ete3. I'll be doing more testing of this late next week when I'm working on the ete3 release.
