The following cacheable resources have a short freshness lifetime. Specify an expiry of at least one week in the future for the following resources:

http://beta.etherpad.org/socket.io/socket.io.js (expiry not specified)
http://beta.etherpad.org/static/js/require-kernel.js (expiry not specified)

SocketIO is being provided be the SocketIO library ATM. A ticket for that change should be made (pending a branch or two it would then be served correctly).
