Wanted to mention that we have a new Testing Complexity Assessment checklist we intend to use to analyze Proposed-for-inclusion Glamsterdam EIPs.

We haven't started yet, but we have a tracker: ethsteel/pm#7, which I would like to highlight on the call for core-devs to chime in if they feel there's a particular EIP we need to give preference.
