Summary (Hi Vitalik)
The python code as I was going through did not have the PEP8 standards for code readability and line length . I have not modified the code itself in anyway and only making sure that it follows the pep8 standards .
Please review my changes and see if it makes sense to include in the ethereum repository so that lot of other python developers will like it more to see the standard .
