Source path prefix of more than one level #2

Consider the following configuration for the plugin.

app: {
  src: ['src/some/path/prefix/a.roy'],
  dest: 'output'

The result would be that the compiled JavaScript file a.js would end up in output/some/path/prefix/a.js. However, it may that you want the file in output/a.js. Maybe there should be an option to define what the path prefix value is, where the default would be the first directory of the src (in this case src/). Then the path prefix would be stripped out of the result.

With this option, you'd be able to specify the following.

app: {
  src: ['src/some/path/prefix/a.roy'],
  dest: 'output',
  options: {
    srcPrefix: 'src/some/path/prefix'

The resulting a.js would then be placed in output/a.js.
