PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''username'' -- comma missing from config.php #174

On line 199 there is a comma missing from the line which prevents it from running successfully.
'webhook_url' => null

Adding a comma is fine, but I think it should be pushed again whenever you have time
(tested on the lates 5.x build)
The error produced without the comma is:
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''username'' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING), expecting ']' in /var/www/411/config.php on line 203
