StatsD fs.js error not able to start #362

Hi I am getting below error.. What could be the issue ?

This error is given when file is not found. Check that the file exists in the current directory.

i was unable to git clone the link. so i have downloaded the zip. any idea
which file could be missing ?

whats the commandline for how you are starting statsd?
it looks like you are passing it a config file name of localConfig.js which
would need to be a configuration file you created based off of the
exampleConfig.js
