Download Adobe Flex SDK (free) http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flex/flex-sdk-download.html or its open source version (smaller) http://sourceforge.net/adobe/flexsdk/wiki/Downloads/ 2. Unzip it and rename the folder as "flex_sdk4". 3. Put the folder under the parent folder of this folder, so that two folders are in the same location, as in: flex_sdk4\ (this directory)\ 4. Run build.bat file or Makefile (on Unix). 5.
