Hello, my name is Mark and me and my group are working on a robotics project and we are using Ev3Dev software for the Lego Mindstorms Ev3. We are in a Robotics Class at Sycamore Junior High School and we were hoping to get some help writing python code. My groups plan is to use a Ev3 and PS3 bluetooth controller like a remote control car. We have accomplished the part of loading the ev3-ev3dev-jessie-2015-12-30 and connecting the ps3 controller to the Ev3 Brick, but we cannot figure out how to make the motor run with command from the Ps3 controller. We have a Medium Motor (In port A) controlling the steering and 2 Large Motors (In port C and D) controlling the motion of the car.
We have tried testing with the python code on the http://www.ev3dev.org/docs/tutorials/using-ps3-sixaxis/ website but no luck.
