Description of requested feature:

Remove reprecated {- style color syntax from core into a contrib.

Reasons for adding feature:

The { style color markup has been deprecated for years. With the closing of #1212, they can finally be removed from core completely. Old color syntax will instead be in an optional contrib.

Extra information

This will be implemented in the devel branch, for upcoming Evennia 0.7.
