Adding Dr Who Vol 3 from This Week crashes #53

When trying to add Dr Who Vol 3 from the This Week page, Mylar crashes.

This only seems to happen after I try to add another series prior to adding this one from the same page. Nothing on console when error happens:

Totally missed this one somehow - sorry about that. Is this still an issue with all the recent commits?

Yeah still seems to bomb out.

This should be working now - in the latest commits either master/development and possibly having to use the custom_exceptions.csv file if nothing else works (although the Ultron Error-Checker should catch that kind of stuff hopefully).
