Engine frame clear too slow on hidpi devices #1030

Steps to Reproduce

On a hidpi device, the frame clear is substantially slower than it should be for performant games


Expected Result

Frame clear should be much quicker

Actual Result

Frame clear is slow


  • browsers and versions: Latest chrome
  • operating system: Win10
  • Excalibur versions: v0.18.0
  • (anything else that may be relevant)

Suggested Fix

FillRect and ClearRect need to do a full bresenham scan of the screen rectangle, caching the flood fill in a bitmap and blitting that to the screen should speed things up.
