Vagrant + MacOS file changes not detected

Context

When running Vagrant 2.3.7 on MacOS 13, it does not detect file changes. (no events happens)

Proposal

If it cannot be coded maybe it should be documented for this use case, with kind of solution for that.
It seem to be related to #38
