Invalid ETAG by default #1310

The ETAG headers that are generated by default in Express (i.e. I am not explicitly setting the ETAG header in my code) is resulting in a warning in Fiddler Web Debugging Proxy that "The ETAG header value MUST be a quoted-string". The ETAG that is being returned in the response is an integer, and apparently unquoted. I would explicitly set the ETAG header with a quoted string except that I don't want my code to be responsible for generating the ETAG. Basically, I just want the value that's generated by Express to be quoted instead of an unquoted integer.
