Switch to mmm for hogan.js view engine #1367

The module mmm is far more feature complete than hjs. It supports caching, partials, layout, etc. I feel that it would be a better fit for a tool that is intended to help you get up and running fast.

cool we should add it to https://github.com/visionmedia/consolidate.js. i dont want to change express(1) much any more, if anything we should probably get rid of some engines since we cant really have 15+ example engines in here

If you make any engine updates I'd think a poll would be in order. I use hbs instead of hogan given its integration with express is much more natural (partials, helpers, layout, etc)
