Ext.NET forum thread: FileUploadField conflicting with RadioButtons state on 4.3

RadioGroup with Radio fields on a form which there's also a FileUploadField component within will be subject to a different algorithm from client-side which does not effectively submit the radio group properly.

This issue has been tracked down to Ext.NET 4.2.2 and 4.2.3 and is not related to the recent issue with FileUploadField nor its fix suggestion, handled by #1527.

This issue could be rather related to #1421, specifically, the problem could happen because the different algorithm does not step into the fixed code in commit extnet/Premium@4cbb507.

The fix applied here makes it so ordinary radio input elements are not submit, but their respective hidden, value-resolved fields. Both were being submit so Ext.NET couldn't deal with the available data reliably.
