Found: 4.6.0
Ext.NET forum thread: progress bar background
ExtJS forum thread: [6.6.0 classic] Ext.ProgressBar.SetUI() does not update the inner bar

The Ext.ProgressBar component does not update its inner bar (Ext.ProgressBar.bar instance member) when setUI() is called. This causes the Ext.ProgressBar's actual "progress bar" styling to be tainted.

The problem was reproduced with ths Ext JS fiddle: Bug with Ext.ProgressBar.setUI().

Fixed, now Ext.ProgressBar has its own implementation of setUI() which, after calling original Ext.Component.setUI(), does its updates (when needed) to the internal progress indicator bar element.
