Found: while 4.8.0 was being merged
Ext.NET forums thread: N/A
Sencha thread: 6.7.0 Classic Does Not Resize with Viewport
This is a Sencha-specific issue introduced with Ext JS 6.7.0.

The issue can be reproduced simply with a viewport and a panel (or title in the viewport), then increase the size of the window, and notice the titlebar won't grow to follow the browser's viewport.

The main Examples Explorer window is affected by this issue (as it no longer adapts to window width/height.

It's been reported by several Ext JS premium members, so should get priority in being fixed.

Fixed the issue specifically to viewports with an override, until official fix becomes available in public Ext JS releases.

This issue is a side effect of the introduction of the Ext.Responsive "override"
