Currently, the owner names of objects indexed by eZFind will be searchable.
For example, searching for 'Administrator' will display a lot of results on a fresh installation with demo content.

This PR adds an .ini setting to make it possible to exclude the owner_name meta field from searches.

can you make it more generic, allowing exclusion of all/most meta fields?

That could be possible, though perhaps a bit outside of the scope of this particular issue.
Still, I seem to only find a clear reference to the name meta, which - imho - doesn't even make much sense to remove in the first place (does it?).
