Missing exports condition for svelte

Hey,

when I'm using @unovis/svelte I'm getting the following error-message on latest stable sveltekit:

> vite dev

09:43:21 [vite-plugin-svelte] WARNING: The following packages have a svelte field in their package.json but no exports condition for svelte.

@unovis/svelte@1.3.3

Installed versions of unovis:

"@unovis/svelte": "^1.3.3",
"@unovis/ts": "^1.3.3",

Would be nice if that could be fixed. Thanks for your amazing lib!
