Related target is probably wrong for nested container hierarchies

d853c85 made events properly fire on any container elements for most events, but relatedTarget will still be pointing to the leaf node. I believe we need parallel findParent calls for target and relatedTarget and to thread both through the various extractEvents functions.

Never mind, e.target isn't changed; the loop is only for determining which element to dispatch the event to.
