Deprecate this project

It's clear this project has been abandoned by its contributors and Facebook. For anyone looking for virtualized table, I'd recommend the following.

Others, please feel free to comment with additional libs that the community may find helpful. It would also behoove Facebook to deprecate this project for the sake of clarity.

I have officially archived this project so we will not be doing any further work. I shipped a final release compatible with React v16 and archived it.
