Windows 10 hidpi HUGE images #61

Just add a temporary setting to allow users to divide line_height by 2 to get proper image sizes. ST recently added hidpi support to Linux and Windows, but on Windows 10 line_height is getting reported 2X too big. Supposedly this will be looked into and addressed moving forward in some future ST build, but people would probably like a stop gap solution if I can find the time to get to it first.
...I feel like I need a label for workaround as there is actually no bug in ColorHelper, but we have to workaround the ST bug...I will mark it as a bug for now.
