writeattribute will honour the address mode to have ack/noack
0 : no sqn, 1 : zcl/aps , 2 : zdp/aps

No problem for me since the original rawmode is preserved. |
The purpose is to get all messages when dealing with new/unknown/special devices ; as well as debuging purposes |
