It features real-time validation, password match checking, and a resume upload option. Easy to use and well-designed, it ensures all necessary information is collected smoothly from participants. • User-Friendly & Modern Design The form uses Bootstrap 5 for responsive and clean UI design
• Built-In Form Validation Uses Bootstrap’s built-in validation classes (needs-validation, invalid-feedback) to give real-time feedback.
• Custom Password Match Check JavaScript script checks if Password and Confirm Password fields match.
