DIr.glob does not support paths containing ".." #126

In particular, paths starting with ".." are not supported, while paths containing ".." behave incorrectly.

I've added tests to demonstrate these issues in PR #127.

A workaround is to, instead of doing Dir['../*'], do

Dir.chdir(['../') { Dir['*'] }.map { |f| '../' + f }

I'm putting this here for reference, maybe this will be useful in the fix.
