Just so you know I had written a compdef for Zsh too before noticing there was already one:https://github.com/zsh-users/zsh-completions/blob/649c6cea337b71bd85f7b7a223bc21f810239775/_burp
There is not much difference, mine uses up-to-date Zsh API (_describe instead of compadd) and does not rely on external tools (sed/read). Also, the current one can break if there is no burp in PATH. Those are minor/cosmetic issues, but feel free to do whatever you want with the one I linked, I'm removing it from the zsh-completions project as it makes it conflict with burp.
Cool. I know very little about ZSH completion, but it does look a bit cleaner, and I'm a fan of reducing dependencies on external tools.
