  1. Revert "yajl: refactor json_map_key"

    This reverts commit ef5ade7.
    The change introduced an invalid read as reported by valgrind. As
    discovered in the experimental branch, this is a legit warning and can
    lead to worse corruption.

    * wrap at 80 columns
    * always brace control structures
    * boolean negation hugs the expression it negates
    * remove unused code
    * mild refactoring for readability
    * parenthesize return values
    * minor output tweaks

  1. completely overhaul output methodology.

    Instead of using an if/then every time we go to print, use pacman-esqe
    wrapper functions for the printf family. We also allocate strings which
    describe our output and may or may not be of length > 0, but will always
    be initialized. This removes the kludgy cprintf functions which were
    inflexible and not extensible.

  1. force usage of https

    This introduces a very small memory leak from staticly allocated
    elements in libcurl, but it shows up in the curl binary as well. I'm
    labelling it out of my control until I find otherwise.
  2. download: don't try to return a non 200 HTTP response code

    it's just going to overflow, dumbass.
