To perfrom the comparative methods, put GEMMA.R, MACAU.R and cov_n.txt in the same directory, and put IMAGE-I.R, IMAGE-A.R, BB.R, AI.cpp and simulation_function.R in the same directory please.
We also provide the detailed analysis scripts for real data in the real data folder.
