Handles populating and propagating /etc/subuid and /etc/subgid. The subuid.sh script populates the subuid map for specified groups based on a starting uid and range. CAUTION: This range should not overlap with existing uids else you will end up with collisions. The subuid map is saved to a specified location, in this case it is assumed to be network accessible. The host profile then copies that subuid map to /etc/subuid and /etc/subgid. This allows for all hosts to have the same subuid map.
