Build rpmbuild/RPMS/x86_64/sas2ircu-5.0-1.el6.x86_64.rpm to monitor this:

[root@foo ~]# lspci | grep -i lsi
02:00.0 Serial Attached SCSI controller: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic SAS2008 PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS-2 [Falcon] (rev 03)

SAS-2 Integrated RAID Configuration Utility (SAS2IRCU) User Guide Version 1.0 February 2012 DB15-000933-00: http://www.lsi.com/downloads/Public/Host%20Bus%20Adapters/Host%20Bus%20Adapters%20Common%20Files/SAS_SATA_6G_P12/SAS2IRCU_User_Guide.pdf

Please note that a user has reported success monitoring this card from a Dell PowerEdge R610/R710, using OMSA (and I've confirmed this on an R710; it shows up under System | Storage as "PERC H200 Integrated"), but sas2ircu might be appropriate if you don't want to run OMSA or if OMSA doesn't support your hardware:

"Dell OMSA can't be run on the PowerEdge C series because OM (ITA, Bandera) has no explicit support for PowerEdge C. You can use ITA's IPMI to probe the PowerEdge C server from ITA or Bandera, but you only get very minimal information because the detection methods used are custom to PowerEdge. PowerEdge C boxes are more focused on using generic, industry-standard methods to do health monitoring. As such, third-party tools have been shown to successfully probe and manage PowerEdge C servers." -- http://poweredgec.com/files/QSG_PowerEdge_C_System_Management.pdf
