This program demonstrates how to use High Dynamic Range Rendering
in OpenGL. Check the associated document for more informations.

You must install the following libraries to compile this demo:
- SDL  : http://www.libsdl.org
- boost::thread : http://www.boost.org

To run it, your GPU needs OpenGL 2.0 support and/or the following
extensions:
- ARB_texture_float
- ARB_texture_non_power_of_two
- EXT_framebuffer_object
