Since `printf` is a C vararg function, strings were getting passed as `String` instances. `String printfln` is the ooc counterpart. This fixes `-vv` and `-V`. Probably some more stuff, too.

…no longer cause memory corruption (random evil read/write on unitialized/etc. memory - thanks Valgrind). Also, the code is much smaller and simpler and there's no messing up with the GC now. Sounds like a win-win to me. (It's amazing what we could do if there was proper documentation in the first place... most manpages on makecontext/swapcontext say they are deprecated and should/could be implemented using threads -_- they're missing the point I guess.)
