How to use Connect API key with pilot?

Hi there!

I have looked everywhere in the docs and I can't find a way to use API keys instead of username / password for pilot or deliver. I tried looking at the code and the only place that looks for any env variables is on Spaceship::ConnectAPI::Token, but I can't find a way to make sure it's using that on pilot.

Hey! I actually just commented on this on another issue that I should figure out how to document that 😊

I've started working on rework of Spaceship::ConnectAPI that will make this easier to use 👇

I'm also going to create a new action called something like spaceship_stats that will print out the number of request made to each domain (so its clear how much you are actually using the new API 🙃)
