re-markup posts when posts they quote are deleted

Now thanks to 0b817b9 and storing a 'nomarkup' version of posts (dont know why i didnt do that before) this should be possible. it wont handle cross-board links, but that could be added in future if needed without too much effort

there is still room for improvement the opposite way: re-marking up posts that quote a deleted post (i.e. to make the quote not link anymore. i will make a separate issue in future) also backlinks are never shown for cross-thread or cross-board quotes, but i think they should not be even if it is possible. while it might be possible to re-markup cross-board or thread posts to unlink quote, it would be very complex to efficiently figure out which html pages to delete or rebuild, and if we didnt bother to do that it would leave broken quotes, defeating the point until a new post is made. so not worth it.

for now, backlinks will be cleared within the same thread by should be sorted by dc3005a and that solves the problem of stray backlinks clogging threads with invalid backlinks when posts get deleted.
