Admin: Custom Fields
System administrators can extend the core data model to suit your particular data needs.
Simply choose the entity, and then create a Field Group.
Field Groups can apply globally, or just to entities with specific tags.
A large number of field types are supported, often mapped to their HTML equivalents.
