I just tried to run this module using sbt ~container:start and I got:

    [error] .../lift-bootstrap/src/main/scala/code/snippet/Customers.scala:65: ambiguous reference to overloaded definition,
    [error] both method #> in class ToCssBindPromoter of type (strPromo: net.liftweb.util.StringPromotable)net.liftweb.util.CssSel
    [error] and method #> in class ToCssBindPromoter of type (str: String)net.liftweb.util.CssSel
    [error] match argument types (net.liftweb.http.js.JsCmd) and expected result type net.liftweb.util.CssSel
    [error]                 ".customer_save [onclick]" #>           BHtml.save[Long, Customer](customer, () => RedirectTo("/customers")) &
    [error]                                            ^
