Example of AgroTagger output

As an example of the AgroTagger output, we can consider the following NTRIPLE file. To get it, the three JAVA cores application were executed using the following parameters:

  • java org.fao.oekc.autotagger.main.DownloadFiles data/sources/crawler_result.txt data/documents nutchOutput
  • java org.fao.oekc.autotagger.main.MauiAutoTaggerKey data/documents
  • java org.fao.oekc.autotagger.main.ProduceMappingTable data/sources/crawler_result.txt data/documents rdfnt

As it is clear, since the DownloadFiles was executed without setting the optional parameter "extractTitles" to FALSE, the AgroTagger extracted not only AGROVOC URIs, but also titles and descriptions. This is the output:

The AgroTagger can generate also a TXT file as output, including AGROVOC terms and not AGROVOC URIs. The user simply needs to run the thrid JAVA application as:

  • java org.fao.oekc.autotagger.main.ProduceMappingTable data/sources/crawler_result.txt data/documents text

As an example of output:

http://mywebsite/P1.txt=Accounts, Measurement, European Union, measure, urban areas, Rural development, agriculture, Employment, Accounting, Rural areas

http://mywebsite/P2.txt=Measurement, measure, markets, Poverty, FAO, Marketing, surveys, Capital, economics, youth
