Allow using restrictToOwner as an after hook #123

If used as a before hook it limits the resources queried. We could also support filtering the results to the owner before they are serialized, essentially plucking resources from the result where the userId is not the current user.

This can actually just be achieved by using some of the other existing built-in hooks. See docs on pluck for more details.
